We do not expect the Migs at the facility to launch but keep an eye on the makeshift airstrip anyway. As soon as you kill those Migs head South fast... IQAAF patrols will launch to portect this vital facility. Two F-16s are on alert at Rafha. They will scramble as you come near them. Drag any IQAAF fighters South to them if you have to. You must kill the half dozen Migs at the facility to gain a successful mission.
